After stumbling across the below rebuttal to a review for their Tempe location, I will NEVER patronize Cartel again. You know what, Jason? If you don't like someone's bad review of your business, either offer to correct the problem or ignore it - don't insult them further. This is truly a disgusting attitude to have.
